Why would I have someone do an insulin reset protocol? And how do I know that someone needs to do a reset?

The first and easiest way to know is to check your blood sugars with a glucometer or CGM if you see a fasting blood sugar reading over 100 (5.6 mmol/L) or over 140 two hours after eating your meals during the day.
