Resetting Insulin Sensitivity

Resetting insulin sensitivity (Part 1)…
Why would I have someone do an insulin reset protocol? And how do I know that someone needs to do a reset?
  1. The first and easiest way to know is to check your blood sugars with a glucometer or CGM if you see a fasting blood sugar reading over 100 (5.6 mmol/L) or over 140 two hours after eating your meals during the day.
  2. You’re feeling tired after you eat carbs.
  3. You feel like you cannot lose weight or gain fat too quickly.
  4. You lose pumps in the gym.
  5. Your appetite seems low all the time.
  6. You’re starting a weight-loss diet after coming off a long off-session with high carbs.
*Remember that I am not a medical doctor. I do not treat, diagnose, or cure any diseases. No medications are recommended; any dietary protocols implemented include natural supplementation, diet, lifestyle changes, proper resistance training, proper cardiovascular/NEAT, and much more.
