Lifting Straps, Gloves, & Accessories

If you’ve spent any amount of time in the gym using freeweights (bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.) then you are already well aware of the havoc it can wreak on your hands and wrists, and the limits that places on your lifting progress.

Furthermore, if you’ve started working on hip thrusts, squats, and deadlifts, you may find value in aids like belts & pads. The options are seemingly endless when it comes to grip and other support options in weight lifiting.  So we’ve done some shopping and product testing to hopefully ease the buying process.

It’s important to note that everyone is different, hence why each coach has different recommendations.  Each style of aid has a time and place.  It comes down knowing what will help you based on your current needs and longterm goals.  If you’re unsure what you might need, feel free to contact us!
